Shipping and Return Policy
- RETURNS -
We do not offer refunds for any of the products, unless there is a noticeable defect in the product. All items are closely examined for defects prior to shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. BOX 2554 - 2200 N Highway 67., Florissant, MO 63032 United States.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- REFUNDS (if applicable) -
Due to hygiene concerns, there are no returns/exchanges on waist beads and anklet purchases that have been shipped out.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable) -
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- ORDER CANCELLATIONS -
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
- EXCHANGES (if applicable) -
While we strive for 100% satisfaction from all our customers, LA'Ton Designs can not be held responsible for strands that are not long enough to fir your waist and/or hip.
Customers are responsible for knowing their own waist size and making sure the size of the listing will fit them PRIOR to ordering. Please be advised that every listing has a differnet standard length.

- SHIPPING -
All orders will be shipped from the United States via USPS first class and the buyer will be provided a tracking number once the items have shipped.
Standard shipping times is approximately 7-10 business days. However, due to COVID-19 shipments have been taking 7-30 plus days to arrive please keep that in mind prior to ordering.
If up-graded shipping is purchased, it will be shipped via one of the following USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and 2-5 additional days for shipping unless expedited has been selected.
